Welfare in OUR Community
Our next project (3rd June 2007) in the community is to visit Middleton Manor to give a little of our time with some of our senior people of our town. Here we play bingo or a Beetle Drive to bring a little bit of joy to their lives. Plus we sit and listen to any of the bygone days that they remember.
On 1st August we are helping the Lions Club of Witham to take Children from Chenobyl (in Russia) on a trip to Frinton on Sea. These Children are here for the fresh air and are taken out on day trips plus would like to meet English Children. We will report back on the web site how the day went.
